Tromped Out!

Monday, September 8, 2014

Today is travel day.  It's been a GREAT Tromp!
We've really enjoyed our stay at the King's Hotel.  It was built in 1885, but has been totally renovated.

We enjoyed another hearty breakfast, this time at the Dutch Restaurant.  Doc and Gary headed off to Doc's cottage afterwards.

The rest of us headed for Pelee Island Winery in town.

This is a shot of the Island.  They're vineyards are located right in the middle of the island.

I picked up a bottle of "Pink Shit" and took the long way home, through Wheatfield, Blenheim (never been there before).  I was shocked by the hundreds (if not thousands) of wind turbines.  It totally ruins the landscape.

I passed through Port Stanley before jumping on the 401.   A great drive to end a great trip!!
I hope to return with Lynn sometime in the future.
